Heaven in Your Heart

The so-called "Hell" is suffering- sickness, stress, depression, worries. These suffering torment us recurrently, thus "reincarnation." The suffering people have experienced Hell.
On the other hand there is Heaven on earth too. You do not need to look outward for it- it is in your heart. As long as you are joyful and peaceful, this very moment is Heaven, or Buddhaland.
