Something missing in a manager's education?

A Yale professor discusses his experience with meditation and management.
After his journey of practicing meditation for 15 years, he began teaching meditation to corporate leaders. To start, it does not have to be very long, the commitment(decision to start and continue) is most important.

....."teach One-Moment Meditation in workplaces — to corporate executives, doctors, nurses, and to many stressed-out office workers — I began to see how useful the meditative mind could be in the world of work. By stripping meditation of many of its cultural associations, right down to its core idea, and making it very portable, I had discovered a point of contact with the managerial mind. "

“Meditate to sharpen your assertive edge” by Charles Wallace on Financial Times.com

Can you find a way to cool yourself down, both body and mind?

Well, bodys cooling down seems to be easy that just sit in an air conditioning room would be enough. How about your stressed out minds? I believe that many people here would know the best answer provided here is Chan Meditation. It would not only help you to calm down, but furthermore, to help you to figure out how to balance lives which can help to remove the causes of stress.
Through the article, Wallace says that,
My personal answer to stress has been meditation, albeit practised somewhat erratically and with mixed results over the years. I have tried several types of meditation, including mindfulness, which involves focusing your attention on your breath for certain periods of the day. But the most calming sort I have found its really up to the individual is transcendental meditation, which involves repeating a mantra for two, 20-minute periods a day.

Wallace also mentions he is not the only one who gains benefits from transcendental meditation. Relying on medicine will not be a long-tern resolution.
More and more C-levels reveal their experiences.
Believe it!

Chan Meditation brings you up to transcendental level, even more.
Give ourselves a regular time to practice Chan Meditation.
Youll figure what differences are.

"Developing Mindful Leaders for the C-Suite" By Bill George on Harvard Business Review

So far, many successful businessmen are seeking for more powerful and effective methods to improve himself on decision making. Don't be too surprised if you are already a participator of Meditation.

Here's the trend that leaders are required to know-how to be mindful. One individual who knows and keeps himself with mindful skills, such as Chan Meditation, can work with a healthy mind and body to achieve our goals.

Bill George says, "The important thing is to have a regular introspective practice that takes you away from your daily routines and enables you to reflect on your work and your life — to really focus on what is truly important to you. By doing so, you will not only be more successful, you will be happier and more fulfilled in the long run."

We can say that Chan Meditation will be essential for the leaders, and we can apply it for everyone!

Meditation exploits the inner potentials of the brain

Studies have shown that  meditation practice with the body and mind focused and generally relaxed breathing, has profound effect on the brain's regulation. The linking of  "body" and "soul" in the state of Meditation is the key to enhance the brain and  transform physiological  limitations.
