“Meditate to sharpen your assertive edge” by Charles Wallace on Financial Times.com

Can you find a way to cool yourself down, both body and mind?

Well, body’s cooling down seems to be easy that just sit in an air conditioning room would be enough. How about your stressed out minds? I believe that many people here would know the best answer provided here is Chan Meditation. It would not only help you to calm down, but furthermore, to help you to figure out how to balance lives which can help to remove the causes of stress.
Through the article, Wallace says that,
“My personal answer to stress has been meditation, albeit practised somewhat erratically and with mixed results over the years. I have tried several types of meditation, including mindfulness, which involves focusing your attention on your breath for certain periods of the day. But the most calming sort I have found – it’s really up to the individual – is transcendental meditation, which involves repeating a mantra for two, 20-minute periods a day.”

Wallace also mentions he is not the only one who gains benefits from transcendental meditation. Relying on medicine will not be a long-tern resolution.
More and more C-levels reveal their experiences.
Believe it!

Chan Meditation brings you up to transcendental level, even more.
Give ourselves a regular time to practice Chan Meditation.
You’ll figure what differences are.

“3 Ways To Work Meditation Into Your Busy Day” from BUSINESS INSIDER

Have you ever enjoyed the benefits from practicing Chan Meditation? Many people have experienced positive feedbacks, but have not bothered to continue practicing; there's just "not enough time."

Through this article, we can “actually” discover how to use it in our daily lives!
Our Chan Master says,
“行住坐臥,都在禪中”  =>roughly translated: Walking, living, sitting, sleeping, are all in the state of Chan.

and
“「真修」就是要真正做到無念,除了禪定的時候要無念,日常行住坐臥中也要定於無念,這樣才是真修。” =>roughly translated:  True practice is to have no thoughts, not just during   meditation, but also during our daily lives; that is the true practice.
Here are some way help to implement Chan Meditation within our lives.

[Words of Wisdom ]Overcome Hard Times with Wisdom

Words of Wisdom from Master Wujue Miao tian.
Life is not always smooth. Sometimes, there are setbacks, defamation, failure in business or relationships, but if you have a spiritual practice, you can get over it and let go because you know everything in life is impermanent, and that’s the way life is.
One side of the human heart is dark and the other bright. How do we connect our heart to humanity? Being able to have the brightness in humanity shine on the dark side of human heart is the real blessing.

This is the way of spiritual practice. After you have cultivated your Ding (Deep focus), you obtain the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and without a few years, you will find yourself a lot stronger than average people in some aspects; your willpower, your vitality, your perspective, your plans, your performances at work, will be comparatively superior. This power is generated from wisdom and unwavered by ones surroundings.
