“Meditate to sharpen your assertive edge” by Charles Wallace on Financial Times.com

Can you find a way to cool yourself down, both body and mind?

Well, bodys cooling down seems to be easy that just sit in an air conditioning room would be enough. How about your stressed out minds? I believe that many people here would know the best answer provided here is Chan Meditation. It would not only help you to calm down, but furthermore, to help you to figure out how to balance lives which can help to remove the causes of stress.
Through the article, Wallace says that,
My personal answer to stress has been meditation, albeit practised somewhat erratically and with mixed results over the years. I have tried several types of meditation, including mindfulness, which involves focusing your attention on your breath for certain periods of the day. But the most calming sort I have found its really up to the individual is transcendental meditation, which involves repeating a mantra for two, 20-minute periods a day.

Wallace also mentions he is not the only one who gains benefits from transcendental meditation. Relying on medicine will not be a long-tern resolution.
More and more C-levels reveal their experiences.
Believe it!

Chan Meditation brings you up to transcendental level, even more.
Give ourselves a regular time to practice Chan Meditation.
Youll figure what differences are.
