Spiritual Practice Eases the Mind
Although from a material perspective, we are wealthier and physically improved, sadly, not so many people are really happy. How could this be? This is because the people’s minds are polluted and in degradation. Although we have better physical life, we do not have better spiritual life. People live without sense of security. People do not know how to ease their mind. People work very hard to survive, which in turn makes the whole society unease. How can we find the peace in our mind amongst the stressful society? Spiritual practice eases one’s mind, which detaches us from the polluted environment.
Meditation seems to be a mystery to many people due to it brings lots of benefits which might be hard to express by others. However, more and more people gain through practicing by themselves and would like to share their experiences, including those businessmen in Wall Street. "Meditation’s arrival on Wall Street closes a circle of sorts. Whereas Siddhartha Gautama took to the lotus position out of frustration with his riches, traders are hitting the mat to obtain them."
