Soul or Body

"Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul."  ~Wayne Dyer
The two have such different results.
Knowing the soul is the true self, which should control the body allows us to see things in different perspectives.

Dream Big

This reminds me of Shifu's quote : "有願就有力" (Roughly translated: when you have wish/vision, you have power"  )
And it's so true. When clearly knowing your goal and direction, you are filled with energy. Heaven and earth will move to help you fulfill your dream.
I found a lot of Albert Einstein's quotes echo with what the Buddha taught. Just the 'wording' is different. ( What did you expect? With a different language and different culture, not to mention different time frame.)

What is Chan (禪)

Little Fish: What is Chan (禪)?
Big Fish: Chan is around you, inside you, outside of you.

You cannot use your eyes to see Chan, yet it is everywhere. One can not live without it.
